This website is operated by Pawzy. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Pawzy.

By visiting our website and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, including any additional policies referenced on this website or available by hyperlink, including our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and Legal Notice.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our website. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use this website or purchase from us.

1. Online Store Terms

Product images may include props, lifestyle elements, or visual examples that are not included with the product unless clearly stated.

Each Pawzy order includes:

  • 1 Pawzy Interactive Pet Ball

  • 1 USB-C charging cable

  • 1 product box

Wall adapter is not included.

3. Pet Safety Disclaimer

Pawzy is designed as an interactive pet toy. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any pet health condition, anxiety disorder, behavioral issue, or medical problem.

Always supervise your pet during playtime, especially during first use.

No pet toy is indestructible. Please inspect the product regularly and discontinue use if it becomes damaged, broken, or unsafe for your pet.

It is the customer’s responsibility to determine whether Pawzy is appropriate for their pet’s size, behavior, chewing habits, and activity level.

4. Orders and Payment

When you place an order through our website, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including orders that appear to be fraudulent, inaccurate, incomplete, or placed in violation of these Terms.

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a refund to the original payment method when appropriate.

5. Pricing and Availability

Prices, discounts, promotions, and product availability may change without notice.

We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time, including after an order has been submitted.

If an order is affected by a pricing or product information error, we may contact you with updated information or cancel and refund the order when appropriate.

6. Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

After processing, estimated delivery time is approximately 7–9 business days.

Total estimated delivery time is approximately 8–12 business days from the date your order is placed.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, customs processing, local carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Once your order ships, you may receive tracking information when available.

If we are unable to ship your order within the promised processing timeframe, we will provide an update and, when required, give you the option to accept the new estimated shipping date or cancel your order for a refund.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Pawzy is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at pawzy46@gmail.com. We will do our best to update the address before the order is processed, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed or shipped.

8. International Orders

We ship to select international destinations.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, VAT, or additional fees required by their country.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless clearly stated at checkout.

Pawzy is not responsible for delays caused by customs, local postal services, or international carrier processing.

9. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 15-day return policy after delivery for eligible unused items.

To request a return, contact us at pawzy46@gmail.com within 15 days of receiving your order.

Returned items must be unused, undamaged, in the same condition received, and in their original packaging.

For hygiene and safety reasons, used, chewed, pet-damaged, dirty, or incomplete items cannot be accepted for return unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect.

10. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at pawzy46@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or videos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and make it right.

11. Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local carrier, neighbors, household members, building, or mailroom first.

Pawzy is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. However, you may contact us at pawzy46@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist you.

If your package appears to be lost in transit, contact us so we can review the situation.

12. Promotions and Discounts

Promotions, discounts, and special offers may be changed, limited, or discontinued at any time without notice.

Only one discount or promotion may be applied per order unless otherwise stated.

Promotional offers have no cash value and cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases.
