Thank you for shopping with Pawzy.

We currently ship to select international destinations. Shipping times may vary depending on the destination country, customs processing, and local carrier delays.

Order Processing Time

Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed before it is shipped.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information, when available.

Estimated Shipping Time

After your order has been processed, estimated delivery time is approximately 7–9 business days.

This means the total estimated delivery time is approximately 8–12 business days from the date your order is placed.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Shipping Delays

We do our best to process and ship every order within the estimated timeframe.

If we are unable to ship your order within the promised processing timeframe, we will contact you with an update. When required, you may choose to accept the new estimated shipping date or cancel your order for a refund.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Pawzy is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at pawzy46@gmail.com. We will do our best to update the address before the order is shipped, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local carrier, neighbors, household members, or building/mailroom first.

Pawzy is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. However, if you need help reviewing the situation, you can contact us at pawzy46@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist you.

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us so we can review the issue with the carrier.

International Shipping

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, VAT, or additional fees required by their country.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the customer’s responsibility.

Pawzy is not responsible for delays caused by customs, local postal services, or international carrier processing.
