Return & Refund Policy
We have a 15-day return policy. This means you have 15 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You will also need your order number, receipt, or proof of purchase.
For hygiene and safety reasons, items that have been used, chewed, damaged by a pet, returned with excessive pet hair, saliva, odor, bite marks, or missing parts cannot be accepted for a return unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. The return address will be provided after your return request is approved.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or the wrong item was received.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us at pawzy46@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or videos of the item and packaging so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Used or chewed items
- Items damaged by pets after delivery
- Items missing parts
- Items not in their original packaging
- Items returned without prior approval
- Gift cards, if applicable
- Final sale or clearance items clearly marked as non-returnable at checkout

If your item is approved for return, you may place a new order after the return is accepted.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and we will let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Shipping Delays
We ship worldwide. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, customs processing, and local carrier delays.

If we are unable to ship your order within the promised timeframe, we will provide an update and, when required, give you the option to accept the new estimated delivery date or cancel your order for a refund.
International Orders
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, or additional fees required by their country.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the customer’s responsibility.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, local postal services, or international carrier processing.
